Hi! my name is Ambar Pagan, I have 3 beautiful children that make my life quite chaotic at times. In 2019 I began watching cake videos and grew an interest in learning how to bake and decorate cakes, cookies and so much more. My middle daughters birthday in around Thanksgivings, so I decided to bake her birthday cake and do a small get together of her friends and family. The cake came out beautiful in decor, but being 100% truthful to you it was VERY dry for some reason I wasn't upset I just grabbed this opportunity to learn more. The following weeks I continued to bake and try different things to make my cake moist and delicious just as they make them in my island. Baking has now become my passion, when I am baking whether is a cookie or cake for an event I give my all.
